1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use ug334's services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
• You are accessing ug334 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ug334 or any of its affiliated entities, game studio partners, or payment service providers.
• You have not previously had an account on ug334 suspended or permanently closed for rule violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You are not on any government or regulatory sanctions list that would prohibit ug334 from providing services to you.

ug334 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation — at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested by ug334's compliance team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ug334 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension and full balance forfeiture.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ug334 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in accordance with the following terms:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ug334 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sportsbook bets, and slot titles may contribute at varying percentages (e.g., 100% for slots, 10% for live casino). Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by ug334 in the promotion's specific terms.
• Withdrawal of Deposit Before Bonus Cleared: If a Member requests a withdrawal before their active bonus wagering requirement has been met, ug334 reserves the right to remove the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Abuse of Promotions: Coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, placing offsetting bets, or any pattern of play designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming intent — is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and full balance forfeiture.
• Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions: ug334 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of modification will be notified of material changes.

6 Gameplay Rules

ug334 provides access to games supplied by internationally licensed and independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The following rules govern all gameplay on the platform:

7 Responsible Gaming

ug334 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to support Members who may be experiencing difficulties with gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all Members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings or by contacting support. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen prompts that display the duration of the current session and the net result (profit or loss) since the session began.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug334 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and Bonus Funds:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or circumvent security measures.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information that would constitute an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using ug334's platform to disguise the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or in the sportsbook to produce artificial results or exploit position.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic low-risk wagering patterns (e.g., placing simultaneously opposing bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk).
• Using another person's payment account to fund your ug334 account or receive withdrawals.
• Making threats, abusive communications, or engaging in harassment directed at ug334 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the integrity of ug334's software, games, or infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ug334 platform — including but not limited to the ug334 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game integrations, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of ug334 or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ug334 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any ug334 content for commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use of ug334 intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

ug334 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on ug334, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data commitments include:

• All data transmissions between your device and ug334's servers are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• Passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing algorithms — ug334 staff cannot view your password in plaintext.
• ug334 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to the extent necessary to operate payment processing, KYC verification, and fraud prevention services.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug334 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, whether from skill, chance, or a combination thereof — gambling inherently involves financial risk and past results do not predict future outcomes.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ug334 platform, even if ug334 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events that prevent access to the platform or delay transaction processing.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers (banks, e-wallet operators) that result in delayed or failed transactions.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ug334's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ug334 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

ug334 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• Operation of multiple accounts.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of software errors.
• At ug334's sole discretion for any business or risk management reason.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a proven violation, any verified real-money balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to rule violations or fraud investigations may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.

Members may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting ug334 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug334 is incorporated and licensed, as communicated to Members upon request. ug334 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform.

You acknowledge that online gaming laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ug334's services is lawful in your country of residence. ug334 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction. ug334 does not accept liability for any consequence arising from a Member accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ug334's internal complaints process (outlined in Clause 15) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by ug334, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

14 Amendments

ug334 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations — ug334 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent on-site notification and, where possible, an email to the registered contact address on your account.

Your continued use of the ug334 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage Members to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing their use of ug334.
